PDF Invoices Setup Guide

This article explains the setup procedure for the PDF Invoices extension for GetPaid. 

You need to have the PDF Invoices extension for GetPaid installed and activated in order to access these settings. 


PDF Invoices extension automatically attaches a PDF invoice to the invoice emails sent out to the customers. 

Major Features 

  • Option to display the download PDF button in invoice history.
  • Options to attach PDF in emails sent to the customers.
  • Option to display a message in header and footer of PDF invoice.


Once you have installed and activated the extension, head to GetPaid > Settings > PDF Invoices to customize the header and footer text for PDF invoices. For details, please see our settings overview
That' all, there are no additional tweaks. Your users will now receive invoice emails with a PDF copy of the invoice attached therein.
