Ninja Forms Setup Guide

dffdThis is the Setup Guide for the Ninja Forms extension for GetPaid. 

You need to have the Ninja Forms main plugin, our Ninja Forms extension, as well as GetPaid installed and activated in order to access these options. 


Ninja Forms extension provides seamless integration for GetPaid with Ninja Forms. 

You can add triggers to your contact forms, so whenever a form is submitted, a new invoice will be created with the relevant status. Furthermore, GetPaid can also match the submitted email field with its customer records, and if a customer does not exist for the said email, a new account will be created.

Once you have successfully installed and activated the extension, you can get back to creating contact forms as usual. For additional details on form features and settings, please refer to Ninja Forms documentation. 
On the Add New Form page, a new template will be added -- Request Invoice/Quote. This template can be used to create a frontend form that lets users request a price quote or invoice from you using GetPaid. 
Once you select the said template, it will auto-populate with the required fields, such as name, email, and so on. The one particular field that you might need to edit is Select the items that you want to buy. This is where you can specify the items that your users might submit requests for. 
You can also add any other custom Ninja Forms field to the form as necessary. Once done, you can save your form, and then add it to your site using the Ninja Forms generated shortcode.
